Slow throughput again

Modem is syncing at around 78 Mbps down and 18 up, but throughput has dropped to about 1.6 Mbps

Anyone else seeing the same thing? Nothing on their service status page to indicate a problem.

Yes, slow here in North London and very high latency; ~300ms

I'm seeing similar issues. I reported this to Zen a few hours ago, seems like something happened after 11am.

I'm in London and not seeing anything on my 40/10 connection.
Modem is syncing at 39.99 up and 9.999 down.
Throughput of 37.2 up and 9.2 down latency 16 ms.

Evening. Looks like something happened around lunchtime for me. Latency doubled from around 10ms to 22ms (peaking to around 150ms mid-afternoon and again this evening) but speed appeared to be OK although I haven't used my connection much today. Connection is 40/10 FTTC sync'ed at 39/7.

The BQM shows something has changed (25th included for comparision):

BQM - 28th Mar

BQM - 25th Mar

I've not reported it to Zen as everything is still working for me and I suspect they've got their hands full at the moment. I'll see how it plays out over the weekend.

Edit: Located in West Sussex.
