Slow speeds

I have been struggling with ZEN FTTC the last few weeks and the support isn't great at the minute. Takes over a day to respond to a ticket.

I connect at pretty much 80/20 but connected directly to the router with no other traffic I can't get above 20mbps down.

Anyone else experiencing issues? could this be a capacity issue at the cab or exchange?

Are you uploading anything at the time? (Your "no other traffic" might be only meaning downstream).

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Swopped to the Zen supplied router instead of my Draytek Vigor 130 and getting full speeds again!
