Is vistaprint.co.uk Access Denied for anyone else on Zen?

[link to this post]

My partner is making designs on vistaprint from his laptop and got this message yesterday when trying to access the site:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/" on this server.
Reference #18.3f367a5c.1589627091.15407c1

My PC shows the same message, but the website works fine on mobile broadband or in TOR. Has our IP been banned? He emailed vistaprint and got back a generic copy&paste reply to wipe browser cookies and cache.

Is it possible it requires https, not http?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Doesn’t work on mobile or broadband for me. They seem to be having issues.

It's working for me but as per RobertoS suggestion - https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/

p.s. and downdetector says it's OK now as well.

Getting access denied either way. Still works mobile

a bit confused by the mix of responses, some say its fine and others not, hmm...

Are you using any proxy or VPN? Some websites block those. Also, what IP address does the hostname resolve to. I get 23.43.19.161

nslookup www.vistaprint.co.uk
Server: 10.1.1.1
Address: 10.1.1.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
www.vistaprint.co.uk canonical name = www.vistaprint.at.edgekey.net.
www.vistaprint.at.edgekey.net canonical name = e14161.a.akamaiedge.net.
Name: e14161.a.akamaiedge.net
Address: 23.43.19.161

It could be it was a case of the change they made propagating (at different times) round the various DNS servers used by the posters that had trouble.

Also the original recommendation to clear cache might have worked, as that would have the http.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
