Quite Correct.

Personally I migrated away from Zen to BT around three years ago and I left all of the Zen issues behind.

Since I migrated to my BT connection BT has always tended to be Rock Solid both "Day and Night" and has been much better than Zen ever was at a lower cost, (even though I had Zen Price for Life: which was worthless since the speed/performance was poor and in any case the BT price was less than the Zen price).

Since I left Zen, I have not bothered much with the Zen Forum but I have noticed that the Zen Forum has tended to be quite busy and It always seemed to me that the busier the ISP Forum the more problems that the ISP Customers have and the Zen Forum has tended to be busy.

Overall, I am pleased that I left Zen and I would not go back there.
