routing, wifi

I have two d6400 netgear routers in modem mode connected to a tl r470t+ for dns, dhcp.... I then have a velop mesh in bridge mode.

Currently one wan is online. Ssecond line not installed yet.

If i connect via lan all is fine but on wifi some app wont work on my phone or tv. Apps: netflix, amazon prime movies, ebay, halifax banking, amazon.

If i put the d6400 to router mode and connect the velop all works.

Its like a port or something block

It was all working fine till i changed some settings. Not sure what i done.

Suspect this needs to be moved to the Home Networking forum rather than being about the ISP's service.
