Zen thinks fibre isn’t available?

[link to this post]

The cabinet I’m connected to is full too capacity and as a result is on waiting list. Two months ago FTTC was available as a family moved out and their port opened up. Zen would let me place an order but sadly their systems were down or something and wouldn’t process the payment so the order didn’t get placed. Sadly by next morning the FTTC was back to waiting list.

Every other provider will let me place an order for FTTC (I already have FTTC and therefore have a port) but Zen sadly only shows ADSL available. Can Zen not just take over my existing line like every other ISP can?

Yes, just ask them to migrate your existing circuit. Sounds like they are trying to provision an additional FTTC circuit for you for some reason?

There needs to be a free port to migrate to a new provider
