I'm interested in getting an upgrade to fibre. Sent an email to [email protected] back in January I think it was with a couple of questions. Absolutely no reply. I want to use email to have a record of the dialogue.
Tried again last week and similar story - no reply at all (at least not so far).
My business has actually been a Zen customer for many years for both broadband and hosting, but really starting to wonder if it's not time to move.
