In reply to a post by peejay1977:
On the Zen portal it shows me I have a Zen email address with username/password as well as an FTP account. Neither of these work and Zen tell me these are paid services only and that I DON'T have access to them which is a little confusing as they show on my list of services.

That doesn't sound right, those services should be working. You get an e-mail address and a small amount of web space included with Internet access packages. It sounds like they're being confused with Zen's premium hosting products.

I had this issue with IDNet which I believe use Zen Wholesale.

Went from a working service, mirgrated to IDNet and nothing. If all the lights are on with the ONT there is little an engineer can do.

The issue can be that the account isn't setup correctly, if they cancel and recreate the account it will probably spring into life. In my case they went through the process of booking an engineer but someone decided to recreate the account and everything sprung into life.

If a dialup connection from a computer to the ONT doesn't work, but the ONT lights are all green and as they should be, you have no need for an engineers visit at your house, and the issue is administrative their end.

I disagree with E300’s post.

Whilst it does sound like a remote build issue, that can be at Openreach’s end sometimes too.

Having a Openreach visit would be the correct next thing to do, have them co-op and either prove it IS an Openreach issue, and have it resolved, or 100% prove the issue lies with Zen
