Customer Portal

I'm posting this here in the hope that Andrew from Zen will see this. I'd send an email, but I probably wouldn't get a reply wink.

The Customer Portal is looking very outdated now, and some of the technical details for my FTTP connection have not been updated after it was regraded. A beta version of a new Customer Portal has been available for over 12 months, but this does not seem to have been completed yet. When can we expect all of the functionality of the existing Customer Portal to be available in the new one please?

Hi, we working on our plan for portals, apps etc. at the moment. Right now I don't have a timeline I can share. But we're well aware that we need to improve things on that front. We have a team working on improving things on that front.
