Zen Login / Control Panel

A friend of mine is using Zen for FTTP, 3 years he has been with them and he find's their login control panel strange.
When he logs into check his account stuff there's some info on one portal and then there is a beta portal with the rest of the info all related to his account.
He said for 3 year's now the portal's for his fibre account have been showing in beta, and sometime's things dont load correctly.
Is this the same for all customer's ? If so when will the login portal ever look fixed ?

The portal hasn't changed much in the 20 years or so I've been with them. I did look at the beta and decided to use the old one instead.

I guess with FTTC/P and uncapped services being the norm now many don't really need to check in on the portal.

I used to logon to it all the time when I had ADSL to see how my line was and the supposed speed, now it's rarely used other than to check any new orders/regrades.

Zen 2x services:
Line 1 (B26) 75mb down - 19mb up (Fibre 2)
Line 2 (TQ5) 39.9mb down - 9.9mb up (Fibre 1)

Yes, been like that for ever. Difficult to navigate. Fortunately, rarely required.
