When he logs into check his account stuff there's some info on one portal and then there is a beta portal with the rest of the info all related to his account.
He said for 3 year's now the portal's for his fibre account have been showing in beta, and sometime's things dont load correctly.
Is this the same for all customer's ? If so when will the login portal ever look fixed ?
