Disposable company

Been with zen internet on and off for about 15 years in the last year since I upgraded my broadband I have had nothing but problems. First it was I was being routed around the country before getting my internet and then on the 21 st November 2020 I wake up to no internet. Get on the chat and told there’s a problem which should be sorted out by the end of the day. Next day still no internet try again just got told same thing basically. Basically I have had a date given to me 5 times in 3 weeks tomorrow telling me it should be sorted. But still nothing has happened yet. Tomorrow we will find out wether we have to wait longer yet. Put complaints in and
Got back will forward to our systems team who are handling this. Asked to terminate contract due to this and got ignored on that. They used to be but got to big now. I will never use them again

You've had a problem since November 2020, that can't be right, should it be 2022?
