Fritzbox 7530 Wifi Settings - Merging 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ

Some time back one of Zen’s techs helped me split off the Fritzbox signal so that it shows as being divided into Fritzbox 2.4ghz and Fritzbox 5ghz.

I now wish to reverse the process so the Fritzbox signal is no longer separated in this way.

Unfortunately, I did not make a note of the steps taken.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with the instructions of restoring these settings to their default state.

You should be able to reverse the settings by logging onto the fritzbox, select wifi, then wifi network, untick the box next to where it says Different names for the Wi-Fi networks on 2.4 and 5 GHz, then click save. Then both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks will have the same name
