Migration from Air Broadband to zen

Is anyone else going through this process?

Has your migration gone through and is working OK?

I am currently stuck in the middle of no man's land with an ONT that all seems to be working but the Zen box not connecting due to PPPoE timeouts and now being given silly dates of the end of march for when they can provide service by Zen.

Trying to work out if I am the exception or everyone is having the same problems.

Nothing about Zen surprises me these days. Best exit left if you possibly can.

Zen's customer service is terrible if it spans more than one call, you're best off opening a complaint.

Agreed, they don't seem to be able to keep any notes - if you have to contact them more than once, the person you spoke to before is invariably busy and you have to explain everything again. I don't know why they don't have a ticket system.
