Rate close to social tariffs ?

I realise Zen don't have social tariffs, but has anyone here got the 80mb FTTC package with landline for anywhere near the BT social tariff rate of £20 ? I can't afford to be a snob anymore as I used to go with Zen because of the quality but I currently pay £44 and could get BT broadband for £20 for same speed & landline package. So I just wondered if anyone here has managed to haggle their Zen price down to anywhere near £20 for that package ? Thanks all.
