Hi

Does anyone know how I can continue to use my 2 Access points with my Fritz Box 7530 ? Do I need to turn Wifi off on the router and just connect the Ap's ?

Yes you can turn the Wi-Fi off on the router and just continue to use the APs.

However if it happens the router were in a part of the house not well covered by the APs you could leave it on, but set to the same SSID, passphrase and security mode (e.g. WPA2/AES-CCMP or WPA3/WAP2 mixed, depending what both support).

Roaming works fine as long as the SSID and security parameters match.

The power on the router's SSID can also be turned down so that it's only used when much closer to it.
This is found under Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Channel> Adjust Wi-Fi Channel Settings > Maximum transmitter power,
ranging 100, 50, 25, 12 and 6 %.

I have mine set to 50% because I have neighbours both alongside and below.
It still reaches 2 floors down to the front entrance hall, surprisingly.
