I am really sad to read your post and hope things improve in the short/longer term.

I am not aware of Zen's policy but would hope morally they look favourably on your circumstances and allow you to leave penalty free.

I am curious that you have posted very recently about an altnet called Fiber Heroes, how does that company full into your future plans?

Please stop attacking users on the forum who may ask genuine questions. Asking about a cable doesn't mean someone has necessarily switched.
