Before I recommend a friend, is the business with the Zen backhaul all sorted now?
I do see a bit of hate for Zen here and there but can't remember reading much on the backhaulgate recently. To be honest I'm not sure - unless I suffered the same major problems a couple of people did - I'd know how the issue might affect general users day to day.
I know a few people are unhappy about having to phone for support or sales, but that's not my question.
I also asked on the What ISP forum here if anyone has comments on pricing as well.
