Connection quality on Zen Fibre links

[link to this post]

Hi, I'm considering moving off Virgin Media cable to Zen on FTTP. One of the reasons is this:
Quality Monitor Graph

Could someone on Zen FTTP service post their results for this? I'd like to check before leaping.

Thanks very much!

Word of warning, the Zen supplied router (Fritzbox) regularly drops ping requests so the BQM never shows the true story. To be honest I would expect most Openreach FTTP providers to have a better BQM than your current one.

I thought that Zen was moving away from Fritz!boxes?

My Fritz!box 4060 has no BQM problems on my Aquiss FTTP connection. I will happily recommend Aquiss even though we lost our connection for 6 days (came back yesterday) after a BTW software update issue than put a number of lines into a cease no service condition.

No idea mate, just didn't want the OP to make a judgement on a Zen BQM.

For what its worth:
My Broadband Ping

But I don't think any of the packet loss is real, I've certainly never seen any negative impact from it. Router is pfSense on an N100.

My connection is also NEVER idle which may be influences the graph as I have no QoS enabled.

Here's mine, I use a GL.iNet GL-MT6000 instead of the supplied FritzBox

My Broadband Ping

Various (Dial up) -> clara.net (Dial up) -> TELE2 (Microwave) -> ZeN (ADSL) -> ZeN (vDSL) -> ZeN (FTTP via CityFibre)
"Modem" GL.iNet GL-MT6000

Last 24 hours (blimp this morning seems to be Thinkbroadband issue as per thread in Talk to Staff) - router suggests 6Gb downloaded today and 30GB yesterday - which looks pretty similar - using quite a powerful router though
