Maybe this is the same one that I received the other day, inviting me, an ex-customer, to upgrade to to 200Mbps for £55pm, cancelling the £9.95 connection fee and offering a £50 Amazon e-voucher.

I think you meant 2000Mbps, if so, this is what I was offered to upgrade Zen Fibre 900. However, the promo didn't mention the G-PON/XGS-PON issue. When I attempted to upgrade I was eventually told that it would be only 1.8/1 Gbps for my location, as CF haven't upgraded their network.So when will that happen?, I asked. The CS lady said she would enquire and get back to me. Nothing more heard after 6 weeks. Zen's incomplete publicity on this is very annoying and time-wasting.
