Yes they’ve applied a £500+ credit.

At least they gave you a 4G option. Still from the sounds of things it should have been picked up and resolved a lot sooner than it was.

That's good to know. It's always worth checking if a provider is signed up to Ofcom's automatic compensation scheme when choosing who to go with.
