Re: Openreach contact details for FTTC Info?

All I could fine was the following:
Exchange Name: Melbourne
Exchange Code: MYMLB

[Cabinet: 1]
Fibre Phase: BDUK East Riding of Yorks 12b
FTTC Planned (exchange ready 2nd May 2014)
Hope that helps.
May need to wait for Andrews response.

Paul

It's showing by March 2015 for Cab 1 on the latest report I can see. But looking at the exchange, that's not yet completed (they are feeding it with fibre from Pocklington) and there are numerous roadworks filed by BT.

You can probably get the best idea of a date by speaking to the Openreach fibre guys - who look like they're busy with blockages on the main street in Melbourne.

Yup which is probably why BTOR Where and when page saying Coming Soon.

Small exchange:
Serves 729 residential premises and 110 non-residential premises.
Probably located in a shed some place tongue

Well I could only see a couple for BT approx. near the location of the exchange or roadworks.org.

Hopefully richardc74 has the info he needs.

Cab 1 is FTTC and no advance on the dates, there is will be a lot of work in other areas probably as FTTP appears slated for cabinet 2

Thanks Paul / Andrew

The Road Route from Melbourne to Pocklington is rural to say the least, I'd not be surpirsed if the find many duct blockages on the way

Describing Melbourne Exchange as a Shed is probably a little unfair, but not by much - See If I can't find a pic!

I'll keep checking back on when & where too see if there are updates

Thanks again

Richard

LOL, I referred it to a shed due to I couldn't find any building that would house it. And some exchanges are in a shed in the middle of nowhere.
As for pics yes please smile
I did find this, is this your exchange?
GoogleMaps

Looking at Google Maps, seems there is loads of lovely farm land out there, bet it looks great in the summer.

I think they've knocked the FTTP on the head already - which isn't too surprising if there are many blockages.

Cabinet 2 is showing as FTTC (BDUK 13b) in the latest FTTC report.

Could anyone please provide me with information regarding cabinet 34 of the Sunderland North exchange?

The cabinet itself has been in place for almost two years now (it showed up around May/June 2013) and yet typically for me, it seems to be the last in the area to become active.

I'm beginning to go nuts with this 3Mbps connection. :'(

Thanks.
