It could be an electrical distribution/junction box looking at it's proximity to the electricity pole with the feeder running up it.

Not a clue mate, could be routing issues, hard to tell due to I don't know what address is closest to cabinet 6 located on the corners of Eggbridge Lane and Common Lane.
Also Saighton Lane is a very long, of which I only saw a few of BT Manhole covers.

Also I don't think that address is on top of that cabinet, if it was it would probably be getting a higher Range B Speed.

Seems to me that there may be a row of about 8 houses from Clematis that can have fibre broadband but no others can. Well 2 odd ones :/

I'll have to push for more info from somewhere. Not sure where though!!
