Well yeah, do the maths LOL.
I am seeing loads of places that skip 13.

Also even if there is no phone line or broadband for a said address it will still show up, but it may have a mixing district id or Nad Key.
But where address 13 is not even listed, I am gathering that 13 doesn't exists down that road.

Might check on Google Maps to make sure tongue
Google Maps can't seem to find it.

Paul

Hey guys,

Thank you for checking and helping out! I am really confused as to what the issue is...
FTTC is all available... yet not to me...

Any ideas are very, very welcome!

Thank you!
Ben

Does the DSL checker say it's available to you?

Ok so here is is...

Openreach DSL checker says the following:

Yes on Postcode.
No on Telephone Number.
No on Full Address including house number. (This is where other addresses will work and get Yes)

When it says no (bearing in mind it used to say EA - Exchange enabled), it gives me the EO - Exploring Options result, BUT it also says that my exchange is enabled!

When I use the Wholesale checker FTTC is available.

It is really frustrating...

Cheers
Ben

They simply say 'I am sorry but Fibre is not available, please call back in a few months'

When I give them the above information and logic - they cannot give me an answer...
