Connection problem

Hello everyone,

At random times during the day and mostly the night time sometimes webpages are taking ages to load, my speed slows down and im getting alot of packet loss as well, I've checked all my equipment and its all up to date, cant understand why its happening, Im on a fixed 2mb profile ( I think ? ) heres my stats from the router :
