BB off and apparently I have no account :/

BB went off Friday morning, after a ticket and 2 calls to Vivaciti it appears my line has no broadband. Seems someone at their suppliers have closed our account by mistake. Anyone had this before?

LLU with them... on the Grimsby exchange. Really odd state of affairs... and screwed our weekend a fair bit.

Confirmed they have closed our account. Yet to be told why but Vivaciti are on it.
