Question regarding Plusnet Broadband Your Way Pro.

[link to this post]

I've been looking at this for a while now. (Passing the time until my pathetic Supanet contract runs out)
I see that the Pro package gives you 10GB per month. Which to be honest is rather low for me. It says i can add more. So i looked around. But i could only make my own package. Which i am guessing will not have the features of the pro package. What i'm trying to do is jack up the amount of GB in the pro package up to 20GB pm, but i can't seem to do that?

Also another question. I read that if i use my cap, my speed will be limited. So do they charge me extra for what i use in that speed limited time?

Thanks for your help.
Dave.

You can add the extra usage allowance during the sign-up process at

plusnet BBYW Option2

Hi there,

There's two options. Unfortunately you can't configure the package before you sign up, but once the a ccount becomes active you can log in to the website and add or remove usage as you require (though on the BBYW Pro you can't have less than 10Gb usage).

You could permanently change the usage to 20Gb and remain on the fixed cost option; this will mean that when you reach your selected limit your connection is slowed to 128k until your next billing date. Extra usage on this option costs
