how long before i get my mac key

I requested my LLU mac key yesterday by raising a question ticket.

checked my ticket today and it was updated with :

The Question xxxxxxxxxx has been released from hold and sent back to CSC - Real Time Cancellation

We've successfully placed an order for your MAC Key with our supplier.

As soon as we have this we'll let you know. Please check this Ticket again shortly for an update.

[INTERNAL] If this ticket comes off hold without a MAC key please contact the network supplier

does anyone know who this supplier is and roughly how long before they give me the mac key? I am aware of the 5day ofcom rule.

The LLU supplier we use is Tiscali, and in general when we request a MAC key it comes back within 2 working days. If you PM me the ticket number I can have a look and try to chase this for you, if you wish.
