I believe the email is sent when PN are told the migration has completed by BT Wholesale. This can sometimes take 1 or 2 days after the actual migration. This can also be delayed if you were migrated earlier than the planned date as well.

In the past PN were able to detect new users trying to connect and activating the account automatically. This does not appear to be happening as expected in recent months.

At least you are on-line now so welcome from a fellow customer.

Were you activated earlier than planned? The router is normally dispatched to arrive on or just before the planned activation date. Saying that, there have been some stock issues with the Voyager 2110, so if that is what you are expecting it may be late.
