Lost forum access - oops, now OK.

Hi

I have now migrated to BE, but as far as I am aware, am still within my notice period, and hence still paying plusnet.

However, I seem to have been locked out of the user forums - is this normal? I will be having my account changed to dial up - for referral purposes. Do dial up accounts not qualify for forum access?
