In case any Plusnet engineers see this, I have explained in detail my concerns about my ongoing problems with my internet connection. It has been left that you are running further tests but my detailed explanation may help you further understand the problem, I don't want to update the ticket because I was told this would delay things further. There has also been quite a lot of confusion already and I don't want to confuse things further, I just need it sorting out because the internet is not usable for all members of the family at the moment and I am getting very stressed.
