My Broadband Ping
Pings jumped from mid 20s to high 30s. Did a reboot. No change.

Scottish Labour politician: The SNP are on a very dangerous tack. What they are doing is trying to build up a situation in Scotland where the services are manifestly better than south of the border in a number of areas.
Interviewer: Is that a bad thing?
Scottish Labour politician: No, but they are doing it deliberately.

Interleaving gone on?
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains, website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - Plusnet Value Fibre.

Probably unrelated, but I had some problems first thing. Complete loss of connectivity.
Did the usual trick of power down the router, go to have my bath, and try again later. Got back on, no problems.
Couldn't see any acknowledgement of a problem in the Service Status, but note they did do some planned router maintenance between 02:00 and 07:00 this morning, so assume it was some legacy of that.

Nope. Still fastpath. Uptime of 1hr 47min. Errors shows:
Downstream :
FEC : 0
CRC : 14
HEC : 13
Upstream :
FEC : 0
CRC : 0
HEC : 0
So I would not think that interleave / fastpath is an issue in this case, although my activity in that period has not been particularly high.

Yes, the last three services status announcements predict work in the 'early morning', which ties in to the 3am blip. Looks a little like I've been switched to another gateway or network.

HI camieabz,
How are the pings now?

I've seen similar in the past and some time later it went back to normal. I think it's probably due to BT changing the tunnelled route between your exchange and the Plusnet gateways.

Saw your post and it was no different. Rebooted and now up to high 40s.
Stop fiddling with things!
