I doubt if Royal Mail will deliver it tomorrow, but you should have it on Monday when you need it. What time does your post come.

In any case PN support said engineer could do the job even if the router doesnt arrive. I got their text on thursday that router is in the post.

I too am waiting for the engineer but have a pm appointment so he's not due until 1300 at the earliest.

I am assuming that the engineer goes to the PCP first??

I am fuming here... Took the day off and stayed at home...

No show from engineer .. Called PN at 1.30... According to engineer notes engineer couldnt get access to property...

I was home and nobody rang my bell.. Also nobody rang me on the number I gave...

This is ridiculous as I dont how long I will have to wait now...

I too am sat at home, the engineer will definitely not have that excuse either!!

You need to look at this link to see what to do about getting compensation for no-shows.

Have you confirmed with PN that the engineer has been given the correct address?
You never know...
But it does sound like an excuse to me. He probably drove past at speed and claimed he couldn't get access.
