Subjective ratings of course. From what I see on these forums, BT do seem to have a slightly higher capacity/customer ratio, but possibly PlusNet's traffic management helps them with mixed-user households.
See the "Plus" of their
traffic management.
From the broadband service itself, if you fit into that sort of mixed usage, I recommend PlusNet. If there is just you using it I recommend BT.
Regarding Customer Service, Plusnet win hands down. Which doesn't matter until you have a problem.
