Have you tried calling (number as in previous post) - there's someone there 24/7. They'll get you connected in a couple of minutes if your line is active!

Yeah I called last night but the person on the other end said it should be activated sometime today - it hasn't been though!

Looks like I'll have to wait till 27th nov.

I'd try them again! Tell them your ADSL is active and your modem is syncing with the exchange but you need them to activate the account at *their* end.

Worth a try!
