When were you last a plusnet customer ?

OMG it's catching Is this the battlecry that is used in an attempt to discredit a poster when all rational argument has failed???

Thank you for confirming what posters should be doing by highlighting a current issue which I have complained about.

If everybody followed your excellent recommendation and talked about the current state of the Plusnet service we wouldn't have these upsets!

Dunno. Ask Plusnet when it was they kicked members off for criticising them? Surely you remember seems as you are on a burn Simon CRUSADE.

It's a perfectly fair question so that visitors who are unfamiliar with the history of this forum can judge the relevance of the opinions expressed to the likely experience if they were to join Plusnet today.

Can I ask you Jelv the reverse question?

When was the last time you were on a different ISP, so that you could actually compare different performances?

If PN had got their act together 3 or 4 years ago, we would not be ex customers or commonly referred to as Guinea Pigs, IE we were beta testers for todays customers. IE How far can we traffic manage or [censored] on our customers and give them crazy conditions, before they then leave?

edit: added more
