My views are not prejudiced, they are built from experience from having an account with PN.

I am entitled to post my view just as much as you are.

In reply to:

How can someone who slags them off on their own forum, come on here and defend them like they were whiter than white.

Yet again you are highlighting the way to make useful posts. I will "slag them off" when I have issues with the current performance. What you will not find me doing is harping on and on about the mess they made of the Postini implementation in 6 months, a year, two years or mores time.

When people make posts which have no relevance to the current experience I will defend them. The fact that I am prepared to "slag them off" when I think they deserve it I thinks adds considerable credibility when I defend them.

Two and a half years or 5 years, it doesn't matter - you have no recent experience.

(Why if you had some idea didn't you give an estimate until after I'd posted a guess which you thought was too long?)

Fair comment, now on the other side of the coin, if Plusnet were to refund my subs from when they treated us like a GUINEA PIG, I too would defend them, as that would be the least they could do, and showed that they care. But as we all know that ain't going to happen.

Debate is good, yes I may be seen as having a chip on my shoulder, but tbh I really don't care what a virtual name on a forum may or not think about my opinion. It's an opinion, get over it.

You still have not answered my earlier question.

After at least 6 years is the Plusnet Email working properly or as a person would expect it to? Forgetting the fact that it has been deleted through incompetence several times over the years?

Why do you think that Plusnet have gone to Postini? Because to me Plusnet appear not to be confident or the technical expertise in running their own.

Because I genuinely couldn't remember, I thought that you would have known as you know everything?

Which would give you the perfect right to make posts saying "3 years ago there were problems x, y and z with Plusnet". My issue is that you do not make clear that time gap and therefore the relevance of what you are saying to the current service.

Yep you are right!

6 Years ago there were problems with PN and their email, and according to one current user Jelv there still are. Your Honour.

Going for a beer, good luck on your crusade of indemnity.
