Wireless BB via BT OpenZone

I'm interested in the PN wireless BB offering which apparently is done via BT Openzone. A couple of questions:

Is payment on the monthly subscription service via DDebit?

Are the logins also valid for 'The Cloud' network? I believe OpenZone ones are, but not vice versa.

I'm not a PN customer. Are the prices on the website valid for all or only PN customers?

You can opt to pay monthly by direct debit if you wish, though you do need a plusnet broadband account in order to access the service. Pay as you go would need to be paid with a credit or debit card.

Also unfortunately it is not possible to access wifi via the cloud hotspots with plusnet minutes.
