Help!

Can't connect to broadband this morning! I am on dialup right now.
Switchover from Pipex to PlusNet is due today I believe.
This morning, my Pipex username and password are invalid.
Tried my username @plusdsl.net with PlusNet password. This is invalid too.
Any idea what is going on?

PS: I have not informed Pipex of my move yet, or cancelled any payment method.

If you want to PM me your PlusNet username I can have a look at things from this side and see if the order has completed.

Can't believe how quickly the pages are loading on ThinkBroadband! And I am still using the same old Alcatel Speedtouch modem at the moment, on 2MB!
