Free router on Option 1, does it work on a Mac?

Thinking of getting my mum online with her mac mini, and wondered if the free router was mac compatible?

As you don't install software with a router, i would say yes.

You do if its USB?

The 1 port router is the Voyager 2091 and has both USB and Ethernet ports, so fine for a Mac.

It's the 2110 for which there is a shortage of stock currently, not the entire voyager range. We have been expecting another batch to arrive shortly so hopefully it's only been a short lived issue.

The machine may have already had the drivers and installed them in the background. You don't say whether it was a mac or PC though.

The only problem that could happen with a mac on a ethernet router is if the web interface for configuring the router requires internet explorer. Once up and running it should have no problems.

I've definitely accessed the router configuration panel for Voyager hardware on both a Mac and on Firefox, so that shouldn't be an issue.

That's usually the case but good that you can confirm it.
