Just got letter from BT confirming that they've received an order to transfer phone service - this will take place on 22nd Feb unless I phone them by 4pm that day to cancel.

They don't say who service is going to but this letter should prevent slamming.

They have given an estimated final account of �9.82 which must include rental from 1st to 22nd Feb.

It's nice to be informed,wonder when mine will come ?

Remember the 'old' films,when computers were the size of football pitches ?
