No, those are all sent through a single server so either they all would have been sent or none of them would have.

The emails Jelv is referring to were sent through a different server to the problematic one so they were sent correctly.

That's why I asked - I've no record (or recollection) of an email with changes of T&C here (whatever server it was or wasn't sent from).

I was checking if there was something I should have received &, if so, a rough time period?

The point is that Plusnet changed the policy that is applied when users migrate out without issuing any notification. Previously your account was downgraded dialup PAYG and providing you checked your mailbox at regular intervals it was kept alive. Now you have to pay £20 p.a. to be able to do that.

Nobody has received any emails notifying them of this change.

No, it forms part of our cancellation policy, which is not part of the T+C's.

It's been discussed extensively lately, and is not related to this problem. You can see the discussion here.

They were sent during the first week of December if I remember correctly.
