Possible move from TalkTalk to PN

Hi there

I am thinking about moving my parents from Talktalk (full llu) to PN

Can i ask would a new line need to be installed at 49.99, although on the sign up, i got as far as to the " add ons" section, and in the order total there was no mention of this cost, i assume this would be the case when moving back from llu to BTW?

Could they keep their telephone number , as your website suggests?

Would i need to obtain a mac code from talktalk?

Hi,

The new line cost depends on the line type you have with Talktalk - if it's a BT line then there won't be any need for a reprovide, but if it's been fully unbundled then there will be. Likewise with the phone number I'm afraid, we'll be able to move that back if it was ported to Talktalk from BT but not otherwise.

With regard to the MAC, you'll need one if it's a BT line but not otherwise.
