I'm assuming it is still a work in progress as the only one of the links under Fibre Explained section on this page actually works. The window dims but nothing appears.

If you right click it and select open in a new window then the image appears.

Your FAQ doesn't state anywhere what the upstream of the new products is, and neither do any of the product description pages. Was this an oversight?

I realise you've stated it in this forum, but I would think this is important information to new customers too

I was referring to the FAQ linked from the product description page

The PUG FAQ is not linked to, or referred to, on either of those pages. Maybe you could add such a link?

Btw, any information regarding the 10Mbps upstream and static IP offerings? Probably too early smile.
