I seem to be having trouble getting Plusnet to turn interleaving off on my line. It activated due to a faulty router that kept rebooting every 20minutes. I requested it be turned off and was told it was on automatic and if I wanted it off completely to get back in touch. I got back in touch saying I wanted it off completely to be told again its on automatic. Can someone look into this for me?

Dear Mrs
Thank you for your query.
I have checked and interleaving is currently set to automatic.
This means it turns on when it is needed and turned off when not.
This should only come on when required.
If you are sure you want us to completely turn it off please confirm.

Dear Mrs
Thank you for your query.
Interleaving is set to automatic
This means interleaving will only kick in when there are frequent disconnections on your line or when a fault is present on the line. This is used to stabalise your connections
This means interleaving will have no effect on your line regarding performance.
Please do not hesitate to get back in touch online at http://contactus.plus.net or by phone on 0845 140 0200 if we can be of further assistance.
Kind regards,
