On the extra here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/do...

Plusnet Extra is showing as of line speed from 12am till 6pm ? Are these correct or was it support to be from 12am to 8am only ?

For the non-Fibre Extra product I believe 12am to 6pm is correct. Since this thread is titled Plusnet FTTC the previous answer was presumably made on the basis that Extra Fibre was being referred to.

However it is worth noting that non-Fibre Extra has P2P and binary Usenet in the bronze traffic management queue.

Can you advise me when the bandwidth on my account will be increased as today is my billing date?

We hit a bit of a stumbling block with this and the automatic account changes for paying trialists have been delayed.

Should be able to sort them over the next week or two though.

Any word on the 10Mbps upload option, or is this still under consideration (or the stumbling block in question)

It's affected by the stumbling block unfortunately frown

As mentioned, we'll be able to sort the account changes out this week but the 10Mbps upload is likely to take longer.

Sounds like bureaucracy rather than technical. Hmm, good luck!
