Supplied Thomson router

Broadband has been activated. Router connected OK surfing the net is OK. Can't get to the router interface. It just hangs with a "transferring data from 192.168.1.254" message. Username of admin and password as supplied by PN entered correctly.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I had actually done all of that. I was using FF 3.6.17 which was giving the problems. Tried in IE 8 and it worked as expected .

PS. Just tried again in FF and it's working OK.

Hmm, should work fine with Firefox as that's what most of us in the office use, and I'm sure at some point we went through that version of it.

I imagine it was just a glitch. Working OK in FF now

I don't no what you mean you unbeliever. Plusnet is the best thing since sliced bread!. Are you a Plusnet customer? If not stop posting in here!!!
