I did indeed - it was still at 135k, hence my initial reply. However as that profile was set on the 23rd before the line fault was fixed, and as all disconnections since the fix have been explained, I reset the SNR smile

EDIT: Apologies, I realise this was directed at the OP... hope the reply is relevant

And now my line is absolutely flying. Im getting 8mbps as a sync speed and all appears stable, whereas i used to only get 6.

BT should scrap this dreadful ip profiling as it rather annoying to wait for up to 3-5 days. Unless BT are to change it to 60 minutes rather than 3-5 days. I never like BT at all. Disagree to pay 8Mbps for the 135kbps profile for 5 days (waste of money)
