Streaming on plusnet

I want to use iplayer (tv and radio) and napster streaming reliably at any time of day. I'm looking at http://www.plus.net/packages/extra-broadband-calls/
According to this page streaming is "slowed down" https://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/t... Does this mean it isn't going to work well? One of the reasons for ditching 3 mobile broadband is the unreliability of streaming.

Youtube gets slower in the evenings. That much I can say.

If you don't get many informative replies maybe try a similar post on the Community forum

Madasafish customers use the PN network and I think my connection is similar to that of the PN Pro products with regard to traffic management, iplayer is usually OK as is Youtube but things can get a bit slow sometimes in some evenings but that could be other outside influences rather than just the traffic management cutting in.

I don't get a stable connection if the sync rate is greater than 4000kbps on a 61.5dB ds attenuation line.
Of late throughput speed in some evenings has dropped by up to 12%, usually OK after 10.30pm.

I have never seen any problems with iPlayer although I don't usually use HD as it kills my usage limit on Value but when I did try it I got full speed with an IP profile of 4000kbps

I have exactly the same package myself at home and streaming isn't a problem at any time of the day/night.
