Thanks, it was after looking at your site, I based on if his sync stayed at 21,176 for ten days that would be the MTR giving FTR of 16,940.
Just had a thought unless I've missed something, are BT's MTR & FTR based on the old max of 8128 regardless of sync over that?

I got a little confused because of your own stats appearing in the thread, with a much lower sync.
I don't think the old 8128 is at all relevant. I haven't checked, but believe it applies all the way up ADSL2+.
Re raising a ticket, I assume that is purely about the upstream 443?
