Unless the problem is with the O2 equipment in the exchange the likelihood is that you will take it with you
Why not post the router stats (noise margin, speed and attenuation) and see if there is something obviously wrong

You need to get the O2 problem sorted, (in your O2 thread), as if you do there is nothing as good except FTTC. Sounds a bit like a High Resistance (HR) fault, in which case it will stay with you wherever you go, as that is caused by a dodgy joint between you and the exchange.

Yes Plusnet is very good for gaming.
I have just added Pro but have to be honest and say I cant see any difference smile.
